Join ISNA Canada as we celebrate the arrival of Eid Al Adha with our first event of a 3 part series centered around the life and legacy of the prophet Ibrahim (AS).
For the next 3 months, we will be joined by Ustadh Muhammad Elmarouk, who will dive into the lessons we can derive from the story of Ibrahim (AS), and how Muslim youth can apply them to our lives today.
The second part of this series will explore the topic of "Destroying the Idols of Today", where we will hear from our esteemed speaker as he derives lessons from the story of Ibrahim (AS) destroying the pagan idols that his community worshipped to affrim the oneness of Allah.
Following this, we will be engaging in facilitated group discussions about how we can identify modern equivalents to Idol worship, and strive to collectively remove them from our lives.
