Welcome, sister
Welcome, sister. Before you step fully into this field, we ask you to read, reflect on, and sign the following values and agreements. These are the living bones of the container you are about to inhabit. They offer the structure that holds and protects you, the women beside you, and the integrity of the field itself. Please read each section with your full presence and sign at the end when you are ready to bring your whole self in.
First, let’s get to know each other

I. WHAT THIS IS
The Dojo Woman Collective is a relational field where you are an active co-creator of a space that can meet the full breadth of your experience and that of other women. It is also the entry point into a wider living ecosystem of sisterhood, transformation, and collaborative community.
II. CORE VALUES
The Foundation of The Dojo Field.
1. Sisterhood as a Verb
We practice sisterhood through consistency, presence, care and relational commitment.
2. Radical Honesty & Courageous Vulnerability
We speak honestly from our lived experience and allow ourselves to be seen without projecting our truth onto others.
3. Deep Listening Without Fixing
We listen to one another with presence and respect, trusting that witnessing is often more powerful than advice. We ask for consent first if we are going to offer feedback to another woman in the space.
4. Non-Judgment & Inclusion
We honor each woman’s experience without comparison, competition or judgment, trusting that every woman belongs here as she is.
5. Personal Responsibility & Accountability
We take responsibility for our own healing, behavior and relational impact, and commit to repair when harm is caused.
6. Confidentiality as Sacred
We honor each woman’s experience without comparison, competition or judgment, trusting that every woman belongs here as she is.
7. The Field Before the Individual
We recognize we are part of something larger than ourselves and make choices that honor the integrity of the collective as a whole.
III. COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS
The following agreements govern participation in all Dojo Woman Collective spaces, including live calls, online communities, events, retreats and any other collective containers.
Presence & Participation
1) I commit to showing up with consistency, presence and care. 2) I understand that my presence impacts the field and that inconsistent presence weakens the container for all women. 3) I agree to prioritize being on-camera during calls, and when I can’t be on camera, engage in deep listening and active participation in the zoom chat. 4) When I do need to take space to honor a personal season, I do so with care, grace and respect for myself and the women of the collective.
Communication, Container Care & Conflict Repair
1) I will speak from my own experience and use “I” statements. 2) I will listen without fixing, rescuing or giving unsolicited advice. 3) I recognize there are always multiple perspectives and truths. I will not blame, shame or “make wrong” another without being curious about my part in the situation. 4) I agree to address conflicts directly and respectfully (not through gossip or triangulation) and engage Dojo leadership when needed to support with repair. I understand I can not control the response of others and if repair is not possible, I will allow space and take responsibility for what I need most to feel safe.
Wellbeing & Self-Responsibility
1) I take responsibility for my own emotional, mental and physical wellbeing. 2) I understand that discomfort, vulnerability and emotional activation may arise through this work and agree to seek professional support if I am experiencing acute mental health or medical needs. 3) I will communicate my needs clearly and not hold facilitators or members responsible for managing my emotional experience.
Confidentiality
1) I agree not to share, screenshot, record or repeat what other women share inside Dojo spaces, including stories, names, personal details or identifying information. 2) I understand that violating confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the collective without refund.
Digital & Community Spaces
1) I will engage in digital spaces with the same care and respect as live spaces. 2) I will not share access to calls, recordings, portals or materials with non-members. 3) I understand that Dojo calls may be recorded for internal use and that recordings are proprietary to The Dojo Initiation.
Wellbeing & Self-Responsibility
The Dojo Woman Collective is a transformational and relational space, not a substitute for therapy, medical care or crisis support.
Community Integrity & Removal
The Dojo Initiation reserves the right to remove any member — without refund — whose behavior is determined to be harmful to the safety, wellbeing or integrity of the collective, which includes but is not limited to: Breach of confidentiality • Harassment, manipulation, or predatory behavior • Persistent disruption of the space (negative projection, persistent dysregulated behavior etc) • Unauthorized solicitation or promotion • Sharing of proprietary content without consent • Non-payment of membership dues • *Where possible, we will seek repair before removal. When safety demands it, removal will be immediate.
Release of Liability
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree that The Dojo Initiation LLC, its founders Naia Kete and Zahara Zimring, its facilitators, staff, and representatives are not liable for any emotional, psychological, physical, or financial outcomes arising from my participation in the Dojo Woman Collective. I understand that transformational and relational work carries inherent risk, that facilitators are not licensed mental health or medical professionals, and that I am fully responsible for my own wellbeing before, during, and after my engagement with this container. I waive any claims against The Dojo Initiation LLC, Zahara Zimring, and Naia Kete arising from my voluntary participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & SIGNATURE
