If this is your first contract submission with Clear Closing TC, you will also be asked to review and accept our Terms of Service and fee structure before coordination services begin.

Once your form is submitted, we will review the information and follow up if anything additional is needed.

New Contract Processing Timelines

Process timelines is based on weekdays. Contracts submitted over weekends and holidays will be reviewed first thing the next business day.
All files submitted by 3:00 PM ET will be processed same business day.
All files submitted after 3:00 PM ET will be processed by the following business day.
