  • 2027 Senior Rep Program Agreement:

    By applying and participationg in the 2027 Senior Rep Program With Peachy Photography by S.Haines, the Senior Representative and Parent/Guardian agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1.    PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

    The Senior Rep Program includes six(6) individual styled sessions throughout the senior year, plus one(1) cap & gown session. Sessions are customized to fit each senior's personality, style and interests.

    2.    ENROLLMENT FEE:

    If selected for the program, a non-refundable enrollment fee of $200 is required in full to secure your spot. The fee must be paid 7 days after acceptance into the program. 

    3.    PAYMENT POLICY:

    The $200 enrollment fee is non-refundable and non-tranferable under any circumstances, including cancellation, scheduling conflicts, withdrawal from the program or failure to participate. 

    4.   SESSION SCHEDULING:

    Sessions will be scheduled throughout the year based on photographer availability and seasonal timing. Seniors are expected to communicate promptly and attend scheduled sessions on time.

    5.   CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING:

    If a session must be rescheduled, notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance of time of session scheduled. Excessive cancellations, no-shows or lack of communication may result in removal from the program without refund.

    6.   SOCIAL MEDIA & PROMOTION:

    Senior Representative agrees to positively represent Peachy Photography by S.Haines online and may be asked to share images, tag business pages and promote sessions through social media platforms.

    7.   MODEL RELEASE:

    The Senior Representative and Parent/Guardian grant Peachy Photography by S.Haines permission to use images/videos from all sessions for marketing, advertizing, website use, social media, portfolio display and/or promotional materials. Peachy Photography by S.Haines still owns the rights to photos/videos taken before, during and/or after scheduled sessions. 

    8.   EXCLUSIVITY:

    Senior Representative agrees not to represent or promote other photographer during participation in the program( unless photographed during school/extracurricular activities**)

    9.   IMAGE EDITING & CREATIVE CONTROL:

    Peachy Photography by S.Haines maintains full creative control over editing style, posing guidance, session styling and final image delivery. 

    10.  CONDUCT:
    Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during all interactions, sessions and online engagement. Disrespectful behavior, harassment or negative conduct may result in immediate removal from the program.

    11.   SESSION EXPIRATION:

    All included sessions must be completed during the 2026-2027 senior year timeline. Unused sessions do not roll over and hold no cash value.

    12.   LIABILITY:

    Peachy Photography by S.Haines is not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost items, weather interruptions or circumstances beyond photographer control. If weather causes a session to be cancelled/rescheduled, it is not the senior/photographer fault and session will be rescheduled for another date/time.
