DEPOSIT POLICY
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and will be applied toward your total balance. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash.
PAYMENT POLICY
Remaining balance is due upon arrival and completed setup on the day of event.
TRAVEL FEES
Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Services are generally available within 50 miles of Buckeye, Arizona.
WEATHER POLICY
For the safety of guests and animals, services may be delayed, paused, rescheduled, or canceled due to extreme heat, rain, high winds, storms, or unsafe weather conditions.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Clients should provide a safe and accessible setup area (access to parking & gate access) with adequate space for fencing and animals. 10’x10’ shade provided by Pot of Gold Ranch during high temperatures. The area should be relatively flat and free of hazards or loose pets.
ANIMAL SAFETY RULES
Guests must treat all animals respectfully and follow staff instructions at all times. Chasing animals, rough handling, climbing on fencing, or feeding animals unapproved food is prohibited. Pot of Gold Ranch reserves the right to stop interactions if unsafe behavior occurs.
LIABILITY WAIVER
A signed liability waiver will be required before services begin.
