Welcome to the official Cairns School Esports Championships sign-up JotForm! Please choose which competition/s you are wishing to enter.

Once selected you will be sent a confirmation email.

Please make sure to fill in all fields accurately as this data will be used for fixtures and formatting for all tournaments on the day.

Event Day Runsheet:

Cairns School Esports Championships - July 21st 2026
- 9am - 11am - All group stage round-robin games to be played for all titles. Schools will be divided into even groups for all group stage/round robin play. We will take the top 2 schools from each group to the finals knockout stage.
- 11am - 11:30am - Lunch break
- 11:30am - 1:00pm - Knockout Finals Stage. Each event (Game) will have a single elimination knockout finals series to determine the champion school for that select game. All finals for all games will be played in the Main Stage Area Zone.
- 1:00pm - 1:30pm - Trophy presentations and photos.

Arrival Time: Please arrive to sign in by 8:30am

Accounts: All students will be using Queensland Esports admin accounts. This is maintain a cybersafe environment.

Minecraft CTF Tournaments
Queensland Esports will use special tournament accounts for the purpose of this event. No student needs to sign in.

Media Release Forms: All schools will be sent a media release form to sign.

School Buses & Parking: School bus and parking is available on grounds

No Student Phone Policy: Students will not be allowed the use of their phones during competition play or within the competition zones.

Further rules and guidance will be given on arrival.

This is so we can identify who is playing in your team when your school arrives at the event sign in desk. This is also for tournament scheduling. No player names or information will be displayed online (strictly fixtures and formatting purposes only)
