A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and will be applied toward your total balance. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash. Remaining balance is due upon arrival.

By participating in ranch activities or entering the property, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the visit and agree that Pot of Gold Ranch, its owners, employees, and representatives will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages that may occur during the visit.

Guests agree to follow all instructions provided during the visit and treat all animals respectfully. Chasing animals, climbing on fencing, entering restricted areas, or unsafe behavior is prohibited. Pot of Gold Ranch reserves the right to end the visit immediately if unsafe behavior occurs.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising any minor(s) in their care at all times during the ranch visit and accept responsibility for their safety and behavior.

For privacy and safety purposes, the ranch address will be provided the day of the appointment or within 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit date.

I understand that visiting Pot of Gold Ranch involves inherent risks associated with being on a working ranch and interacting with animals. These risks may include uneven ground, dirt, dust, livestock, fencing, farm equipment, insects, weather conditions, and other natural or unforeseen hazards.
