I understand that motor racing is dangerous and can result in infrastructure damage, vehicle damage, injury and loss of life. I will not hold Dominica Bike Festival and their Sponsors liable for damages, injury or loss of life which may occur during any time during the event.

Driver and Co-Driver Safety
- Helmet
- Closed shoes (no sandals, slippers)
- Long trousers
- Shirts (no sleeveless, no vests)
Tech Inspection
- Seatbelts
- Fire extinguisher securely fastened inside vehicle within reach of the driver
- No loose items in cockpit
- External battery cutoff for relocated batteries
- Battery must be clamped in place with metal or factory clamps
- No fluid leaks
- No loose hanging panels/aero
Driver and Co-Driver Conduct
- No alcohol, marijuana, controlled substances
- Direct all queries and grievances to race boss who will have the final say on all race matters
- No burnouts in the pits/staging areas/return lanes
- Disobeying directives issued by race boss – DQ (to be judged by race boss)
- Insults, threats, misconduct towards other drivers, event organizers, staff and race officials – DQ and ban for at least 1 day. Longer bans are based on severity
