Class Agreements:
A parent or guardian is required to remain present during the entire class. I understand all sales are final unless the event is canceled by the host. I acknowledge this is a hands-on decorating class involving food and small decorating tools.
I give permission for my and my child/children's photos/videos from the class to be used on social media or promotional materials.
Liability Agreement
“I understand that participation in this decorating class involves hands-on activities using food products and decorating tools. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for myself and my child(ren). I release and hold harmless the host, business, venue, and instructors from liability for minor injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or damages that may occur during the event, except in cases of gross negligence.”
