Vendor Application for the 2nd Annual Fairytales Kid Maker's Mart on Saturday, September 5th, 2026
  • Vendor Application for the 2nd Annual Fairytales Kid Maker's Mart on Saturday, September 5th, 2026

Our biggest event of the year is back! This year, we're welcoming 20 tables onto the Alley Shops and Thunder Moon Collective's Lawn. Space is limited, so sign up fast!
  • Fairytales (in cooperation with the Five Points Alley Shops and Thunder Moon Collection) will host the second annual Kids' Maker's Mart on September 5, 2025 from 10:00a-12:00p (with set-up and break-down 9:30am-12:30pm). We will provide space for approved kids, accompanied by a parent or guardian, to sell handmade art, wares, and products.

To apply, kids must meet these requirements:

    • Crafty kids must be 13 years or younger.
    • Siblings or groups of kids may apply together, but no more than three makers per booth. (See associated fees with this below.)
    • If you sign up a group for a booth, those children are your responsibility for the duration of the event. By signing them up, Fairytales assumes that you have the permission of their legal guardians to do so.
    • Space is limited to 20 booths. Early applicants will be given priority.
    • Products must be finished and ready for sale the day of the market. We are asking that no making is done on-site this year. (This excludes food items that may need to be assembled: for example adding ice to lemonade.)
    • Finished products for sale must be at least 90% handmade by the kid (or kids). We assume kids may need assistance with making from their guardians, but want the products to be their creation. (Percentage excludes raw materials like yarn, wire, sugar, flour, etc.)
    • Food and Bev vendors are accepted, so kids making lemonade, brownies, etc. are not excluded! In fact, they are encouraged!
    • Specifics for load-in/load-out and other procedures will be emailed out two weeks before the event.
    • Makers will be expected to bring their own tables and set-ups for the day, including chairs and any tents or tent weights.
    • Each vendor will be given a space to accommodate up to two six-foot long tables in an 'L' shape.
    • Makers will need to have a way to take payment from buyers themselves (i.e. Paypal, Venmo, Cash, etc.)

    Participation Fees:

    • There is a $15 per child reservation fee to participate. The money will be used to cover advertising, i.e. boosting social media posts and to cover Kelly's time.
    • Once approved, you will be sent an invoice VIA EMAIL from Square to provide payment based on the number of children in your booth.
    • Your child's participation in the market is not guaranteed until this payment is made.

Email Kelly at info@fairytalesnashville.com with questions. Or, come see me, y'all! You know I love you!
