For this pie we make brownie batter using Ghirardelli dark chocolate and pour it into our Oreo crumb crust. Once that bottom brownie layer is baked, we make a rich middle layer with more Ghirardelli dark chocolate, heavy cream, egg yolks, brown sugar, and bit of espresso powder to bring out the chocolate flavor even more. We then top it with whipped cream to cut through the richness a bit, making this a chocolate lover's dream pie!
