    • Upon receipt of your application, an invoice is automatically issued.
    • Our office will followup via email or call or WhatsApp within 48 hours.
    • If your deposit is not received within 7 days after date of sign up, your application will be cancelled and you will be required to reapply.
    • Applicants must sign the event contract TAP ON THE "Terms and Conditions."

      The Wedding Market – Micro Expo Edition

      By submitting payment and participating in The Wedding Market – Micro Expo, all exhibitors agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

      1. Booth Reservation & Payment

      • Booth spaces are allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
      • Spaces will only be secured upon receipt of full payment.
      • Management reserves the right to decline or reassign applications where necessary to maintain event balance and quality.

      2. Exhibit Usage

      • Exhibitors may only display products and services approved within their application category.
      • Subletting or sharing of booth space without written approval is strictly prohibited.
      • All displays must remain within the assigned booth footprint and must not obstruct aisles or neighbouring exhibitors.

      3. Setup & Breakdown

      • Exhibitors must complete setup during the designated setup period provided by management.
      • Early breakdown before the official closing time is not permitted.
      • Exhibitors are responsible for removing all materials, décor, stock, and waste after the event.

      4. Conduct & Professionalism

      • All exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward patrons, staff, sponsors, and fellow exhibitors.
      • Aggressive sales tactics, excessive noise, or behaviour deemed disruptive may result in removal from the event without refund.

      5. Sales & Promotions

      • Exhibitors are encouraged to offer promotions, samples, bookings, or event specials during the expo.
      • Any raffles, giveaways, or activations must be approved by management beforehand.

      6. Liability

      • Exhibitors participate at their own risk.
      • The organisers will not be held responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or interruption experienced before, during, or after the event.
      • Exhibitors are responsible for securing their own valuables, inventory, and equipment.

      7. Electricity & Special Requests

      • Limited electrical access may be available upon request and approval.
      • Exhibitors requiring additional equipment, furnishings, or special accommodations must notify management in advance.

      8. Branding & Marketing

      • By participating, exhibitors grant permission for photographs and video footage of their booth, products, staff, and branding to be used for promotional and marketing purposes related to the event.
      • Exhibitors are encouraged to promote their participation across their own platforms.

      9. Cancellation Policy

      • Payments are non-refundable once confirmed.
      • If an exhibitor is unable to attend, management must be notified in writing.
      • In the event of postponement or circumstances beyond the organisers’ control, payments may be transferred to a future event date.

      10. Event Management Rights

      • Management reserves the right to amend floor plans, booth placements, schedules, and event operations where necessary.
      • Failure to comply with event policies may result in removal from the event without refund.

      11. Acceptance

      Submission of payment and participation in the event constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
