  • Thank you for taking the time to explore your unique cognitive development with this assessment. This journey is designed to help you evaluate how skillfully you take in information, process it, and make decisions in both social and professional settings.

    The goal is not to measure personality preferences but to understand the level of mastery and growth potential across key cognitive areas.

    Your Mindset for the Assessment: Approach this with curiosity and openness. There are no right or wrong answers, and this is not a test to pass or fail. Instead, it’s a tool to reflect on how you currently approach problem-solving, decision-making, and interactions with the world.

    Be ready to evaluate yourself honestly. This assessment works best when you reflect on your genuine experiences rather than what you aspire to be or how others perceive you.

    The demographic information (country, age, gender and occupation) collected in this form is purely for statistical purposes and will not in any way be used in a commercial manner. Your data will be kept private. Honesty is Key: For this assessment to provide meaningful results, it’s important to answer each question truthfully based on your current behaviour. Avoid overthinking your responses. Your first, instinctual reaction is often the most accurate. If you feel that your answer varies across different contexts (e.g., social vs. professional settings), average out your experience or focus on the setting you feel is most relevant.

    What to Think About When Answering Each Question: Each statement will ask about how you typically take in information or make decisions. Think about how often you rely on the described behaviour or how confident you feel performing the action described in the question. As you respond, reflect on real-world examples where you’ve demonstrated the behaviour. For example: If a question asks about evaluating details before making a decision, think back to a recent decision you made—did you rely on detail-oriented analysis or a different approach? Use the full range of the scale to reflect how skillful or confident you feel.

    Example: If a statement asks, "I feel confident making decisions based on long-term insights," and you rarely think about long-term implications, you might select 2 or 3. If this is a core strength of yours, you would select 6 or 7.

    Take Your Time: While the assessment is designed to be intuitive, there is no time limit. Feel free to take a moment to reflect on each statement before making your selection. The more accurately you answer, the more useful the feedback will be in helping you identify strengths and growth areas.

  • You will be asked to respond to a series of statements designed to measure your development across eight cognitive functions. Please read each statement carefully and select the response that best reflects your level of agreement or how frequently the statement applies to you. Use the 7-point Scale below to choose your answer:

    1= Strongly Disagree 2= Disagree 3=Somewhat Disagree 4=Neutral 5=Somewhat Agree 6=Agree 7=Strongly Agree
