  • PAYMENT & AUTO-PAY AUTHORIZATION

  • By signing this agreement, the Customer authorizes Scooperman to charge the payment method on file each month for the total amount due based on the service plan selected above. Charges will be processed automatically on the same calendar date each month without requiring further approval from the Customer.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Scooperman does not store your full card number. All payment data is encrypted and PCI-compliant. The Customer agrees that charges matching the agreed service plan require no additional authorization.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • 1. Service Schedule
    Scooperman will perform service on a scheduled day each week or bi-week as agreed. The exact day of service may vary week to week based on route scheduling. The Customer will be notified of their scheduled service day upon signup.
  • 2. Proof of Service
    After every visit, the Customer will receive a text message confirmation including the date and time of service and a photo of the cleaned yard. The Customer's gate will be confirmed closed before Scooperman leaves the property.
  • 3. Access to Property
    The Customer is responsible for ensuring Scooperman has safe and unobstructed access to the yard on scheduled service days. If access is blocked or unsafe and service cannot be completed, the visit will be forfeited and the full visit charge will still apply.
  • 4. Dog Safety
    All dogs must be secured indoors or otherwise restrained during service visits. Scooperman reserves the right to skip a visit without refund if dogs are loose and pose a safety concern. Repeated access issues may result in termination of service.
  • 5. No Refunds on Completed Services
    All completed service visits are non-refundable. If the Customer believes a visit was not completed as described, they must notify Scooperman within 24 hours and Scooperman will return to re-service the yard at no additional charge.
  • 6. Cancellation Policy
    Either party may cancel this agreement with 7 days written notice via text message or email. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will still be charged for any visits scheduled within that 7-day window. Written notice via text message to (678) 997-8870 or email to hello@callscooperman.com constitutes valid notice.
  • 7. Monthly Billing
    The Customer's card on file will be charged automatically each month on the agreed billing date. If a charge fails, Scooperman will notify the Customer and service may be paused until payment is resolved. Accounts unpaid for more than 7 days may be cancelled.
  • 8. Price Changes

  • Scooperman reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice. The Customer may cancel without penalty if they do not accept the new pricing.
  • 9. Liability Limitation

  • Scooperman carries general liability insurance. Scooperman is not responsible for pre-existing property damage, yard conditions, or issues unrelated to the pet waste removal service. Scooperman is not liable for any injury or illness to pets during service visits provided the Customer has followed the dog safety requirements in Section 4.
  • 10. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • The Customer agrees that charges consistent with this signed agreement are authorized and valid. In the event of a disputed charge, the Customer agrees to contact Scooperman directly at (678) 997-8870 before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer. This signed agreement, combined with proof of service records, will be submitted as evidence in any payment dispute.
  • 11. Entire Agreement

  • This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Scooperman and the Customer regarding the services described. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
