Scholarship Qualifications & About: 

Inspired by Miss Fort Worth’s first children’s book, Sophia and the Magical Pointe Shoes, the  Pointe of Possibility Scholarship celebrates dreamers who choose courage over fear, perseverance over perfection, and belief over self-doubt.

In the story, Sophia discovers that true magic does not come from her pointe shoes themselves, but from the confidence, resilience, and determination that were inside her all along. This scholarship was created to honor those who continue chasing their dreams even when faced with rejection, obstacles, fear, or uncertainty.

We are looking for individuals who are willing to dream boldly, rise after setbacks, and inspire others through their journey.
