  • Welcome to Telehealth services with Vital Total Health Medical Group, Inc. To help ensure a smooth and successful visit with your provider, please review and follow the instructions below.
  • HOW TO JOIN YOUR TELEHEALTH VISIT

  • We do NOT use Zoom and we do NOT send appointment links.
    1. Open an internet browser on your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.
      (Examples: Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)
    2. Go directly to our website:
      www.VitalOncall.com
    3. Scroll down to FRONT OFFICE and click on the photo of the front office staff.
    4. You will be asked to enter your name.
    5. If you are using a smartphone, you may also be asked to allow or activate your:
      • Microphone
      • Camera
    6. Please select Allow so your provider can see and hear you during your visit.
    7. Follow any additional on-screen instructions and enter the virtual waiting room.
    8. The secretary will connect with you, confirm your name, and transfer you to the waiting room of your Provider. If a copay or balance is due, then the secretary will collect the balance.
    9. If you have technical difficulties:
      • Refresh your browser
      • Reopen VitalOncall.com
      • Restart your device if necessary
      • Finally, contact our office for assistance and ask for the provider to call you
    10. If you are waiting longer than 25 minutes, then please call 935-388-9800 and press option 2 for assistance.
  • PREPARATION CHECKLIST (BEFORE YOUR VISIT)

    • Log in 5 - 10 minutes early
    • Ensure you have a strong internet connection
    • Make sure your device camera and microphone are enabled
    • Charge your phone, tablet, or computer beforehand
    • Sit in a quiet, private location
    • Have your medications available
    • Have your pharmacy information ready
    • Have a list of your questions or concerns
  • IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

    • Please do NOT participate in your Telehealth appointment while:
      • Driving a vehicle
      • Operating machinery
      • Performing work activities that require attention
      • In an unsafe or distracting environment

    If you are experiencing a medical emergency, then Call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.

    Telehealth visits are not appropriate for life-threatening emergencies such as:

    • Chest pain
    • Severe shortness of breath
    • Stroke symptoms
    • Severe bleeding
    • Loss of consciousness
  • PRIVACY

    • Attend your visit in a private location whenever possible
    • Use headphones if available
    • Notify your provider if others are present during the visit
