Youth leagues are dependent on parent coaches. TSM understands that coaching a youth team for an entire league season is quite a commitment. To encourage more parents to engage with the youth of today by being a coach we offer the following incentives.
1. Free training classes where coaches will be educated on practice drills and activities to make you a more effective coach.
2. Free hand outs with drills and activites as well as suggested practice itineraries and helpful tips that will make coaching easier.
3. Refund of up to one (1) child's registration fee for head coach if they attend a coach's training class and coach for the entire season.
