Terms & Conditions
1. Cancellation Policy
· All bookings are subject to this cancellation policy.
· Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
· Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will require full payment of the agreed booking fee.
· Any request to reschedule is subject to availability and at our sole discretion.
2. Payment Terms
· A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
· The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
· Failure to make payment on time may result in automatic cancellation, and your deposit will be retained.
· We reserve the right to withhold services until full payment has been received.
3. Mileage & Additional Costs
· Travel within 25 miles is included in the booking fee.
· Any additional mileage will be charged at an agreed rate and added to the final invoice.
· Any additional services, time extensions, or unforeseen costs will be chargeable and agreed where possible prior to the event.
4. Liability & Limitation of Liability
· We accept no liability for loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
o Traffic delays
o Weather conditions
o Venue restrictions or access issues
o Equipment failure outside reasonable control
· Our total liability is limited to the total fee paid by the client.
· We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment, profits, or reputation.
5. Force Majeure
· We shall not be held liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
o Natural disasters
o Government restrictions
o Illness or emergencies
· In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the booking, but refunds are not guaranteed.
6. Damage & Conduct
· We reserve the right to terminate services immediately without refund if:
o There is abusive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour
o The environment poses a risk to safety
· Any damages caused by client may result in additional charges or legal recovery of costs.
7. Changes to Booking
· Any changes to the booking must be made in writing and agreed in advance.
· Changes may be subject to additional fees.
8. Media & Marketing
· We reserve the right to use photos, videos, or content from the event for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
9. Agreement
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that:

· You are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any represented party
