  • Youth Participant Agreement

  • As a youth participating in the 2026 Nashua Stake Young Women Camp, I am responsible for my own conduct and am aware of and agree to abide by Church standards, event safety rules, and instructions from Church and Camp leaders.

I will abide and live by the principles in For the Strength of Youth.

I will strive to follow the Savior Jesus Christ in all I do and agree to the following expectations:

    • Kindness & Inclusion: I will treat others with kindness and respect, and I will not engage in any form of bullying, gossip, or exclusion.
    • Language & Conversations: I will use clean language and will not participate in inappropriate, crude, or disrespectful topics or jokes.
    • Behavior & Respect: I will follow leader directions, participate in activities, respect camp property, and behave responsibly.
    • Dress & Appearance: I will follow camp dress standards, including clothing that is appropriate for the setting and activities at camp.
    • Media & Technology: I will not bring or use personal electronic devices (including cell phones, smart watches, headphones, tablets, etc.) during camp.
    • Physical Boundaries: I will keep physical interactions appropriate and respectful and will not engage in any inappropriate, abusive, or sexual behavior.

My parents and I understand that participation in this activity is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked if I behave inappropriately or pose a risk to myself or others.

  • Camp Dress Code and Safety Guidelines

  • For the Strength of Youth says: "As you make decisions about your clothing, hairstyle, and appearance, ask yourself, 'Am I honoring my body as a sacred gift from God?' Heavenly Father wants us to see each other for who we really are: not just physical bodies but His beloved children with a divine destiny. Avoid styles that emphasize or bring inappropriate attention to your physical body instead of who you are as a child of God with an eternal future. Let moral cleanliness and love for God guide your choices. Seek counsel from your family."

For the Strength of Youth should serve as a guide for leaders, parents, and our young men as they plan their clothing for camp and beyond.

We encourage long or short-sleeved shirts, knee length shorts, and closed-toe shoes.  In addition to the modesty of clothes, protecting our bodies in the outdoors is essential.  While at Aaronic Priesthood Camp, our YM will experience sun and outdoor terrain with rocks, sand, trees, plants, and bugs.  We encourage YM to select clothing that will keep them protected and comfortable.

Our desire is that each young man who attends camp will feel the Savior’s love and increase his testimony of Him.  We want him to leave camp knowing he is loved and with confidence to ask for and receive revelation from his Heavenly Father.

  • Parental/Guardian Release and Permission

  • I give permission for my son to participate in the Nashua Stake Aaronic Priesthood Summer Camp and authorize the adult leaders supervising this event to administer emergency treatment to the above named participant for any accident or illness and to act in my stead in approving necessary medical care. This authorization shall cover this event and travel to and from this event.

I grant permission for my son to be transported to various activities during camp by vehicles driven by authorized camp leaders, advisors, and volunteers at least 21 years old. No youth will be allowed in a vehicle alone with an adult.

I grant the Nashua NH Stake the right and permission to use and publish images, photographs, video, and audio recordings made of me or my child at all stake youth activities, and I hereby release the stake, the activity coordinators, and all related parties from any and all liability from such use and publication. I further authorize the reproduction, exhibit, broadcast, electronic storage, Internet streaming, and/or distribution of such images, photographs, video, and audio recordings without limitation at the discretion of the stake.
