This competition will be extremely busy thus, your co-operation and patience from the outset will be appreciated by both the event staff & organisers.
Due to the number of entries received, we may sell out of tickets. In order to enable as many parents as possible to spectate, we have limited sales to a MAXIMUM of 3 tickets per gymnast. NO TICKETS ARE RESERVED AND MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE. We cannot guarantee entry to the event by turning up on the day. Please appreciate that the venue has a maximum limit for both insurance and health & safety purposes.
Competing gymnasts will need to purchase a spectator ticket for the other round(s) that they wish to watch.
All tickets are £6 per round. Children under 4 will be admitted free of charge but will be expected to sit on laps if no seat is available.
Please also be aware that the main car park & roads surrounding the host venue may be full by the time you arrive. There is plenty of parking around the venue but you should ensure that you both allow sufficient time to find a space, walk to the venue and, car pool where possible.
EIGHT STEPS TO ENJOY YOUR DAY:
Step 1: Check which round your child is competing in along with their competitor number by viewing the Summer Sizzler Start List below.
Step 2: Arrive by the correct Registration times listed:
Round 1: 8:00 - 8:30
Round 2: 11:30 – 12:00
Round 3: 3:00 – 3:30
Step 3: Queue to collect your pre-ordered tickets from the Ticket Collection point within the porch area of the main entrance.
Step 4: Wait for the Main Gym doors to open for your round. Due to the size of this competition, it will not be possible to enter the main gym until the previous round has completed.
Step 5: Make your way quickly into the main gym and find a seat or, upstairs to the viewing balcony. It is possible to purchase food and drink from our cafe to consume downstairs whilst seated however, please ensure drinks have a lid and all rubbish is placed in the bins provided - Thanks
Step 6: Watch and enjoy your child competing!
Step 7: Immediately following the end of your child's competition, collect all of your belongings and vacate the main gym via the internal double doors and into the Bayley Building for Presentations (wait for Announcer’s instruction).
Step 8: Following Presentations, collect your child, all of their belongings and exit through the bottom side door of the Bayley Building.
