Projects are carefully reviewed to ensure they align with my artistic style, scheduling availability, studio safety requirements, and policies.

Approved clients will receive scheduling and deposit information via text.

To provide a safe and comfortable experience, some information collected helps with tattoo sizing, body proportions, positioning, appointment planning, studio equipment limitations, and client safety.

All information remains confidential and is maintained only for appointment preparation, studio records, consent documentation, and protection against fraudulent transactions or theft of services.

For client and studio safety, certain health conditions, medications, treatments, and physical limitations may affect appointment eligibility, comfort, healing, or scheduling.

Please review the following:

• History of seizures, severe panic attacks, fainting episodes, blood thinners, or other significant health concerns should be disclosed prior to scheduling.

• Clients who have undergone chemotherapy or radiation treatment must be a minimum of one year post-treatment and may require physician clearance.

• Studio equipment and furniture have safety limitations and may not safely accommodate every appointment circumstance.

• Failure to disclose information that creates a safety concern may result in appointment cancellation or refusal.

☐ Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

☐ Artwork previews are not sent prior to appointments. Design changes can be discussed at the appointment.

☐ Arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol will result in immediate cancellation.

☐ Heritage Tattoo Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding intoxication, aggression, harassment, unsafe behavior, or conduct that compromises studio safety.

☐ Missed appointments or repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future booking privileges.

☐ Failure to disclose information affecting appointment safety may result in cancellation.
