    By scheduling, purchasing, or using any service provided by Clareo Detail LLC (“Clareo”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”). You acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all one-time services, maintenance services, memberships, add-ons, and mobile detailing appointments.

    MOBILE SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

    Customers must provide safe and legal access to the vehicle and sufficient space for service. The vehicle must be accessible at the scheduled appointment time, and permission must be granted if the vehicle is located on property not owned by the customer.

    Clareo arrives fully equipped with the tools, water, and power needed to complete most mobile detailing services. For appointments involving multiple vehicles or unusually large services, access to a water source may be required.

    If the vehicle cannot be accessed or conditions are unsafe for service, Clareo reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the appointment.

    VEHICLE PREPARATION AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS 

    Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, money, firearms, medications, important documents, and fragile items before service begins. Clareo is not responsible for lost, or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

    If areas such as the center armrest storage, truck bed, glove compartment, or any other areas blocked by personal belongings are not cleared we may not be able to clean them due to the customers personal belongings.

    WEATHER AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

    As a fully mobile service, Clareo operations are dependent on safe and workable weather conditions. Clareo reserves the right to delay, modify, or reschedule appointments due to rain, storms, excessive heat, freezing temperatures, unsafe driving conditions, or other weather-related circumstances that may affect safety, service quality, or equipment operation. 

    Weather-related rescheduling decisions are made at Clareo’s discretion and shall not be considered cancellations, service failures, or grounds for refunds, penalties, chargebacks, or negative claims against the company.

    CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY

    A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, missed appointments, locked vehicles, unavailable customers, or no-shows may result in cancellation fees.

    If Clareo arrives at the scheduled location and service cannot be performed due to customer unavailability, inaccessible vehicles, unsafe conditions, or failure to provide required access, the appointment may be canceled and subject to fees.

    Repeated cancellations or scheduling abuse may result in refusal of future service.

    SCHEDULING AND ARRIVAL POLICY

    Clareo strives to arrive on time or early for all scheduled appointments. However, as a mobile service business, appointment durations may occasionally vary due to vehicle condition severity, traffic, weather, travel delays, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

    Because some vehicles require additional time and attention beyond the original estimate, appointment times may occasionally shift throughout the day.

    If significant delays occur, customers will be notified as soon as possible with updated arrival estimates. By booking with Clareo, customers acknowledge and understand that appointment times are estimated and may be adjusted when necessary to maintain service quality and safety.

    VEHICLE CONDITION AND ADDITIONAL LABOR

    Final pricing may change if the vehicle requires additional labor, add-ons, or specialty services not selected during booking.

    Clareo reserves the right to provide an updated estimate after inspection of the vehicle. Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, heavy stains, odor, sand, mud, mold, bodily fluids, excessive trash, biohazard cleanup, or buildup beyond the scope of a standard detail.

    Clareo will discuss any additional work and obtain customer approval before performing services that increase the final price.

    CHILD SEAT POLICY

    For safety and liability reasons, Clareo does not remove, uninstall, reinstall, or guarantee the installation of child safety seats or booster seats. Customers requesting child seat cleaning must remove the seats from the vehicle prior to service. 

    If child seats remain installed during the appointment, Clareo may clean around the seats but cannot guarantee full cleaning results in those areas. Customers are solely responsible for verifying proper installation of all child safety seats before transporting children after service.

    RESULTS DISCLAIMER

    Shampooing, extraction, stain treatment, and odor treatment services are intended to improve the appearance and cleanliness of interior surfaces but do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, or contaminants. Some staining, odors, and discoloration may remain permanent due to age, wear, heat, chemical damage, or previous neglect. 

    Pet hair and sand are among the most difficult materials to fully remove from vehicle interiors, and while Clareo aims to remove as much visible debris as possible, complete removal is not guaranteed. 

    When it comes to windows we try our best, but depending on temperature windows may have a film or streaks left behind. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    PRE EXISTING DAMAGE

    Clareo is not responsible for pre-existing damage including scratches, cracked trim, faded plastics, loose components, damaged upholstery, failing electronics, chipped paint, worn buttons, weakened materials, or previously damaged surfaces. Heavily soiled or aged surfaces may reveal hidden wear or damage during the cleaning process.

    MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL LIABILITY

    Clareo is not responsible for mechanical or electrical failures that occur during or after service, including issues involving batteries, window motors, seat motors, infotainment systems, electronics, or aftermarket installations. Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is in safe operating condition prior to service.

    ENGINE BAY CLEANING DISCLAIMER

    Engine bay cleaning is performed as a cosmetic cleaning service only. Clareo does not diagnose, repair, or guarantee the performance of any engine, mechanical, or electrical components.

    Customer acknowledges that engine bays may contain sensitive electrical parts, sensors, connectors, aftermarket wiring, worn seals, cracked plastics, loose components, exposed wiring, or pre-existing issues that may not be visible before service.

    Clareo is not responsible for engine failure, warning lights, electrical issues, starting issues, battery issues, sensor problems, water intrusion, or mechanical failure that occurs during or after service due to pre-existing conditions, age, wear, poor maintenance, aftermarket modifications, or hidden defects.

    EXTERIOR SURFACE DISCLAIMER

    Certain exterior contaminants including bird droppings, bug splatter, tree sap, brake dust, oxidation, hard water spots, and tar may permanently damage paint, trim, wheels, or exterior surfaces if left untreated over time. Some contamination may not be safely removable without additional corrective services and certain damage may already be permanent before service begins.

    PAYMENT TERMS

    Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, Venmo, and approved electronic payments. Card transactions may include processing fees. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees or collections efforts.

    MEMBERSHIP TERMS

    Clareo Care is designed for regularly maintained vehicles. Vehicles may require a interior detail or the Clareo detail service prior to beginning recurring maintenance appointments. Monthly membership visits do not accumulate, roll over, transfer, or convert into future services if unused.

    If a vehicle has not received a Clareo Care maintenance service within the previous 60 days, Clareo may require a full interior detail service, or labor charges before membership maintenance visits can resume.

    Membership fees reserve service availability and support ongoing maintenance of the vehicle and are charged regardless of appointment usage.

    Memberships automatically renew unless canceled, and customers authorize recurring billing for active subscriptions. Membership pause requests for travel, seasonal storage, or temporary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

    To provide efficient recurring mobile service, Clareo Care appointments operate within scheduled service windows rather than guaranteed exact arrival times.

    We always aim to arrive on time or early and will communicate any significant delays when necessary.

    PHOTOS AND MARKETING

    Clareo may photograph or record portions of services for quality control, training, social media, or marketing purposes. License plates and personal information will not intentionally be shared without permission. Customers may request exclusion from marketing use prior to service.

    SATISFACTION POLICY

    If there is a concern regarding completed service, customers should contact Clareo within 24 hours so reasonable concerns may be reviewed.

    RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

    Clareo reserves the right to refuse, stop, or decline service for unsafe conditions, aggressive behavior, hazardous materials, illegal substances, unsafe locations, excessive neglect, or conditions beyond the scope of service.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    By using Clareo services, customers acknowledge that vehicle detailing carries inherent risks when working with previously used, aged, neglected, or damaged vehicle surfaces. Clareo’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

    UPDATE TO TERMS

    Clareo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
