  • Come learn some tunes from Ireland, Scotland, and surrounding regions the traditional folk way: by ear! 

    These workshops are geared for lower-intermediate to advanced musicians. If you're new to learning by ear, still come and immerse yourself in this method! You'll get better with practice! Sheet music will be emailed at the end of the series.

    While these are fiddle-forward workshops, all melodic Celtic instruments are welcome (mandolin, bouzouki, squeezebox, harp, fingerstyle guitar, cello, etc.)

    Pre-requisites: A minimum of lower-intermediate skills on your instrument, curiosity for this method of learning, and a spirit of playfulness!

    All workshops will be held outdoors in a shaded, grassy area; be sure to wear comfortable clothes for the outdoors and bring water.  Exact location will be sent in your signup confirmation email.
