We have two stages of time to fill. We are also adding a busker acoustic spot that will rotate based on sign ups. Selection of the time below does not guarantee main stage appearance. Our second stage, is out on 25th Street, where asphalt is the "floor". The second stage will be perfect for smaller acts, especially groups who need a large space that is not slick (main stage can be a little slick for high energy groups), and for spoken word. It will be covered, and will have tables and chairs in front of it as a part of our festival food and entertainment plaza, but will have enough room for potential movement acts.
What stage would you prefer to perform on? This is not a guarantee of stage assignment, but we attempt to provide a well rounded and diverse coverage for both of our stages.

All applying entertainment understand and agree that various media, including photographers, videographers, and documentarians may be on site and Ogden Pride cannot be held responsible for images taken before/during/after your performance. Ogden Pride reserves the right to use such images for the promotion/advertising of the Ogden Pride Festival, Ogden Pride Events or for the future Ogden Pride Center at any time without compensation to the artist/performer(s).

Performance Standards
Ogden Pride strives to provide a family friendly environment at our festival. We value creative expression, however, we want to make the festival a safe space, inclusive of all attendees and participants. We ask that all entertainment not use overly offensive language, innuendo, or racial epitaphs. No nudity will be tolerated. We understand that pride celebrates a wide variety of expression and we are happy to invite entertainment who can achieve their creativity and expression without crossing into offensive acts and behavior so that Ogden Pride continues to strive for an environment where attendees can bring their family and friends and all can have a fabulous time.

PLEASE READ TO KNOW WHEN YOU WILL FIND OUT YOU'VE BEEN ACCEPTED AND WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT:
Applications are being accepted until July 24th at 11:59 pm. Ogden Pride's Entertainment Committee will then consider all applicants and make decisions based off of time availability, budget, and provided application information to support a diverse list of entertainers. You can expect to be notified of acceptance of your application no later than Sunday, August 2nd at 11:59 pm. If selected to be an Entertainer at the Ogden Pride Festival, you will receive in your confirmation email, the Entertainers Contract that will BE REQUIRED to be signed and submitted no later than August 8th at 11:59 pm. If you choose to withdraw your application after reading the contract, we ask that you make a timely decision and notify the Entertainment Committee so that we may inform others to fill the spot. We want to promote you and your band as early as possible. Without a contract by the deadline, we assume your decision to not participate in the Ogden Pride Festival, and reserve the right to fill your space. Please add entertainment@ogdenpride.org to your email contacts to be sure you receive all correspondents.
