Please complete this form with required days/times for booking your child, one form is required for each child. If the required day is fully booked, you will receive an email to advise that you have been waitlisted & we will let you know if a spot becomes available.
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment- invoices will be emailed out & payment is due in full ONE week before the holiday programme commences which will be 29th June 2026.

Any bookings for the Winter programme - payment is due by the 29th of June 2026 to reserve your spot.
Booking changes and cancellations are permitted with a full refund up until the day before the programme commences (5th July 2026) after this date there are no refunds for cancellations but day swaps may be available at the discretion of staff depending on booked numbers.
Additional Information
Children are welcome to bring their scooters and ICT devices; we will try our hardest to keep everything safe and secure but please note that staff take no responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.
If this is the first time your child has attended, an enrolment form will need to be completed (this will only need to be done once) This is accessible via the website or we can email it to you.
We may leave the school grounds on a number of occasions during the programme so parental consent will need to be given if you are happy for your child to leave school grounds accompanied by staff. We will maintain safe staff to child ratios of 1:8 for excursions.
- Full Day bookings are 8am-5pm at a cost of $60 per day (Afternoon tea provided)
- School Day bookings are 8.30am-3pm at a cost of $48 per day
