Rides on Display Vehicle Placement & Bump-In Disclaimer
Vehicle placement for the Performance Pulse On Tour Expo at Caribbean Park will be determined at the discretion of the event organisers. Show vehicles may be displayed either inside the Caribbean Park Pavilion or outside within the designated expo event fencing area.
All entrants will be notified closer to the event date regarding:
Their allocated display location
Applicable bump-in times and instructions
Vehicles selected for indoor display will be required to bump in the day prior to the event.
If you are unable to attend the day before to leave your vehicle onsite overnight, please tick the relevant box on the booking form to notify the organisers. Please note that vehicles unable to remain onsite overnight will be limited to outdoor display placement only.
For vehicles remaining onsite overnight, security arrangements will be in place and managed by Growl Racing.
Outdoor display bump-in will take place early on the morning of the event. Exact times and further event communications will be provided in due course.
Please note: For safety and event management purposes, all Show & Shine vehicles must remain in place for the duration of the event and will not be permitted to bump out prior to event close.
