As soon as you have appointed a Contractor to build your stand, you need to complete and submit this form with their full contact details. We will then send them the Contractor Manual and Site Plan.

It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that their contractor complies with the exhibition regulations, which includes sending a detailed stand plan by completing the Space Only Submission Form, for approval before Friday 31 July 2026.

Failure to submit plans in time could result in the Organisers being unable to grant permission to build – no stand construction can take place unless written confirmation from the Organisers or their agent has been issued.
