LEGAL AGREEMENT

By submitting this application, I certify that I am at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. I have read, understand, and agree to the terms below.

Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, the City of Pensacola, Seville Square, and affiliated parties from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

Vendor Responsibility
Vendors and entertainers are responsible for their equipment, products, inventory, staff, permits, licenses, insurance, and conduct. Vendor locations, booth assignments, maps, and layouts are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of event management. The festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unsold merchandise, equipment, vehicles, trailers, tents, or personal property. Any items left on-site overnight are left at the owner's risk. No security or property protection is guaranteed.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers and affiliated parties from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from my participation.

Event Changes
The event is rain or shine. Organizers may modify, relocate, reschedule, or cancel any portion of the event due to circumstances beyond their control. No refunds will be issued.

Media Release
I grant permission for my image, likeness, voice, business name, booth, products, and appearance to be used in photographs, videos, social media, advertising, and promotional materials without compensation.

All Sales Are Final
All vendor fees, sponsorships, booth fees, contest fees, merchandise purchases, and add-on experiences are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason.
