Come and Level up with us as we enter our 17th Season! This form does not tie you to anything just shows us that you are interested / wanting to join us for the upcoming season and collecting this information in early helps us plan ahead what teams we can field in the upcoming season! This form does not guarantee you a team, you are still required to attend Team Placements (tryouts). Under 18s must have an adult present when completing this form. Season 17 competition information pack will be released soon. If once you've seen the competition pack this affects any information provided today on your interest form please let us know and we can amend your information.
