General daily rental period is from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Payments can be made in the form of: CASH, Check, or credit card.
$400/Daily rental
or
$1400/weekly rental rate
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of $500 is required in addition to the rental fee.
The security deposit will be returned once the machine is returned:
In the same condition it was rented in
At the agreed return time
Without excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear
Farmhouse Flips LLC reserves the right to deduct repair costs, cleaning fees, fuel charges, late fees, or damages from the deposit if necessary.
FUEL POLICY
The machine must be returned with the same fuel level it had at pickup.
If the machine is not refueled upon return, Farmhouse Flips LLC may refill the machine and charge the renter the current average market value of fuel plus any applicable service fees.
RETURN CONDITION
The unit must be returned in the same condition it was dropped off or picked up in, excluding normal wear and tear.
The renter is financially responsible for:
Damages
Broken glass
Track damage
Hydraulic damage
Excessive cleaning
Negligence
Rollovers
Missing attachments or equipment
LATE RETURN POLICY
There is a late fee of $20 per hour for every hour past 7:00 PM that the equipment is not returned unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We understand accidents and unexpected situations happen, and we kindly ask that you communicate with us immediately regarding any delays or issues.
DELIVERY & PICKUP
Delivery and pickup services are available for a small fee based on location.
INSURANCE & LIABILITY
The renter is solely responsible for carrying any necessary insurance coverage during the rental period.
The renter accepts full responsibility for any injury, property damage, accident, or death that may occur from the use, operation, transportation, or possession of the equipment.
Farmhouse Flips LLC shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, claims, or accidents related to the use of the rented equipment.
OPERATOR & SAFETY RULES
Anyone operating the equipment must be at least 18 years old.
Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from operating, riding in, or being inside the machine at any time.
Only approved operators listed on this agreement may operate the equipment.
The renter accepts full responsibility for ensuring all operators follow safety guidelines and operate the equipment responsibly.
The equipment may not be operated under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Seat belts must be worn at all times while operating the machine.

We offer various attachments to suit your project needs. Attachments may be arranged prior to pickup at no additional cost, subject to availability.
