Thank you for your interest in Connected ABA Collaborative! We know that beginning the process of finding services for your child can feel overwhelming, and we want families to have a clear understanding of our programs, availability, and clinic structure before joining our waitlist.
At this time, our average waitlist timeframe for new clients ages 2–10 is approximately 6–12 months, depending on current availability and the order in which families join the list.
Our Approach to ABA
At Connected ABA Collaborative, we practice the most current and compassionate approaches to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our team focuses heavily on assent-based and child-led therapy while prioritizing each child’s emotional well-being, autonomy, and individual needs.
Our goal will always be to build meaningful relationships with our clients while teaching functional communication, independence, social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living skills in ways that are both effective and compassionate.
Our Primary Focus: Early Intervention (EIBI)
Connected ABA Collaborative primarily serves children ages 2–6 years old through a model called Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI).
EIBI is a highly individualized and evidence-based form of ABA therapy designed specifically for young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Research shows that early intervention can have a significant impact on communication, social development, learning readiness, independence, and overall quality of life.
Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are specially trained in early childhood development and intensive early intervention programming. Because of this specialty focus, most of our clinic availability is dedicated to younger children who benefit from intensive early intervention services.
Typical EIBI schedules may include:
- Full-day programming (approximately 30–35 hours per week)
- Half-day schedules
- Part-time options such as Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Social Skills Group (SSG)
For school-aged children, we also offer a smaller Social Skills Group (SSG) program for children ages 6–10 with ASD.
This program currently runs for approximately 6 hours per week after school and is designed for children who:
- Are able to communicate effectively (either vocally or through an AAC device)
- Have lower intensity behaviors
- Are able to participate safely in a small group setting
Our SSG program focuses on helping children:
- Learn to play games and interact cooperatively with peers
- Practice appropriate social communication
- Build friendships and confidence
- Develop flexibility, teamwork, and conversational skills
Programming is always individualized based on the child’s age, developmental level, tolerance for therapy, and family needs.
Most importantly, we want this program to provide children with a place where they can truly be themselves: a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where they feel understood and accepted.
