Official Contest Rules
Contestants must be 18 years or older. All participants will receive equal-sized burritos with identical ingredients. Burritos must be fully swallowed to count. Contestants may drink water during the contest. Spitting out food is not permitted. Vomiting results in immediate disqualification. Judges reserve the right to make final rulings on all contest matters. Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in removal from the contest. Moe’s reserves the right to stop participation if a contestant appears medically distressed.
Participant Waiver & Release of Liability
I understand that participation in a food eating contest involves inherent risks, including but not limited to choking, allergic reactions, illness, injury, or death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Moe’s Burrito Eating Contest.

By signing below, I release and hold harmless Moe’s Southwest Grill, Quality Fresca, its franchisees, employees, officers, sponsors, event staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in this event.

I certify that I am at least 18 years old, physically able to participate, understand the contest rules, and agree to follow all instructions from event staff and judges.

I also grant permission for Moe’s Southwest Grill and affiliated parties to photograph or record me during the event and use my image, likeness, or video for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
