By applying to join our collective shop, sellers agree that they will not submit, display, or sell any items that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. This includes unauthorized use of brand names, logos, sports and football teams, characters, artwork, slogans, or designs owned by another individual or company. Examples include Disney, Marvel, Pokémon, NFL or Premier League teams, Nike, Adidas, luxury designer brands, music lyrics, and other unlicensed copyrighted or trademarked content. Any prohibited items discovered may be removed immediately, and repeated violations may result in denial or removal from the collective.
