    As part of the September Bonedale Flea Carbondale Arts and KDNK are hosting a community record sale.

    Do you have vinyl records at home that you want to sell? Come share your stash at the Launchpad in Carbondale during First Friday this September and be part of a community record show. 

    The record show will take place at the same time as the September Bonedale Flea, an outdoor market of vintage and handmade goods. The record show will host up to 12 vendors and take place inside the Launchpad with a live DJ from 4:30-8:30pm. Vendor applications are $10. If selected, vendors will be asked to pay $50 to reserve their space. The event will be free for the public to attend. 

    People interested in selling are asked to fill out a quick vendor application. We will select applicants who will contribute to a diversity of price point, genre and supporting merch offerings. Vendors are welcome to also sell CD’s, cassettes and music memorabilia in addition their offering of records. 

    Criteria for vending

    • Individuals and non-profit organizations are invited to apply. 
    • Selected vendors will be provided with a single 6’ table for vending. If you plan to have a wall display behind you, that's on you. 
    • Vendors must be able to:
      • Set-up between 3:00-4:30PM the day of the event
      • Break down from 8:30-9:30PM
      • Provide their own point-of-sale methods
      • Collect and submit sales tax per a special event license (this is super easy, don’t let it deter you)

    In addition to the Record Show: KDNK will be accepting donations of vinyl records, cd’s and tapes for their annual record sale at October’s Potato Day. If you have items left over at the end you don’t want to take home, leave them to support KDNK!

    Applications to participate in the Community Record Show are requested by July 1st, 2026. Fill out this form to complete your online application. You will be notified by email if your application was accepted or declined by August 3, 2026.

    Fee Structure

    Application Fee: $10.00 (due now, non-refundable)

    Following fees will be due upon acceptance
    Table Fee: $50.00 per 10'x10' space
     

    Vendor Considerations 

    • There is no wifi provided, vendors must plan to use their own point of sale systems. Personal hot spots are highly encouraged. 
    • Vendors are responsible for thier own sales tax collection and reporting to the State of Colorado.
    • Carbondale Arts is committed to sustainable events with minimal waste, and encourages vendors to avoid single-use materials.  
    • There is limited access to electricity and can not be guaranteed.
    • If accepted, vendors must agree to the requirements and regulations of the event per Carbondale Arts. 
    • Vendors agree to set up between 3:00pm and 4:00pm the day of the event, and remain set up through the end of the event at 8:30pm.
