47th Annual Congress Call for Proposals
NAON's Annual Congress welcomes proposals that share evidence-based knowledge, expertise, and innovative practices from across the inter-professional healthcare team.

REQUIREMENTS:
- All presentations must be delivered live; prerecorded presentations will not be accepted.
- Multiple proposals may be submitted, but each requires a separate submission.
- All content is subject to review and approval by the Education Committee.
- Accepted presentations will be recorded during the live event for on-demand access. No video edits permitted after recording.
- Maximum presenters: 4 for podium presentations and 2 for poster presentations.
- If accepted, all presenters must submit a signed agreement. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the presentation slot.
- If accepted, all presentation submission deadlines must be met. Late submissions may not be accepted.
Once submitted, proposals will enter our review process. Notifications of acceptance will be sent in late September 2026. For questions, contact naon@orthonurse.org.

- All topics related to Orthopaedic Nursing are welcome and will receive full consideration. Priority will be given specifically to topics that will apply as Category A CNE credit. Click here to view Category A guidelines.
  
  Please note that only CLINICAL orthopaedic content that aligns with NAON's Core Curriculum for Orthopaedic Nursing textbook qualifies for Category A credit. Professional development, management, and other non-clinical topics, as well as other broader nursing topics, will qualify as Category B credit.
