    Moon Fest is a creative gathering where Art, Atmosphere and Community come together. We are an outdoor evening market on private property with live music, scheduled entertainment, food trucks and a curated vendor mix.


    We offer balanced categories with no over-saturation, a well-organized layout to maximize foot traffic, promotion across multiple social media channels and businesses and a cohesive and inviting market enviroment. Our goal is to create a space where Vendors don't just show up-they sell, connect and grow their audience. 


    Vendor are asked to actively promote the event(minimum of 2-3 posts), provide a professional and visually appealing set up, be fully set up on time and remain for the duration of the event. Weights are a MUST. 


    MLMs, mass-produced items and vendors whose products don't align with our event aesthetic are not a fit. No selling of animals or weapons. No information booths. All items being sold must be legal in SC. We reserve the right to refuse any Vendor. 


    Our curated Vendor selection is based on product uniqueness and quality, category balance, visual presentation and alignment to the Moonlight Market theme.

    To help continue growing and improving the Moon Fest experience, vendors are encouraged to contribute one small item, gift certificate or product to our our community raffle table. Raffle proceeds go directly back into the event improvements including entertainment, advertisement, lighting, etc. Participation is appreciated but not required.

    I understand that if I am accepted to Vend, I must Stay for the Entire Event, except in case of an emergency. If an emergency happens, I must notify an Organizer. Failure to do so will make you ineligible to vend at Moon Fest in the future. 

    I understand that if I am accepted to Vend, and I am a No Show, that I will be ineligible to vend at Moon Fest in the future. There are numerous  ways to contact the organizers if an emergency comes up and you become unable to vend. 

    Vendor Load In: Friday 5pm-8pm or Saturday 12:00-2:45 pm.

    Vendor Load Out: After 9:00 pm, once your booth is packed up and canopy is down you will be allowed to get your vehicle and load. We will allow a few cars at a time, so be patient with us. There will still be attendees, as we will still have live music & a bonfire. 

    Vendor Gate will ONLY be open during Load In & Load Out times. No one should open the Vendor Gate except Moon Fest Staff.  

    Vendor Tents must be Staked & Weighted (25lb minimum per leg, 40lb preferred). You will be asked upon entry if you have weights. You will not be allowed to set up and vend without at least 25 lbs per leg and you will forfeit your Vendor fee. Side walls are recommended in case of windy days. This is an outdoor event-please be prepared for any type of weather-we have had all of it at Moon Fest! It is up to the Event Coordinators to make the call to end the event early if the weather is dangerous. 

    The Vendor Area is now Smoke and Vape free. This includes Incense. Many Vendors are sensitive to smells and prolonged smoke exposure can ruin textile and other porous products. Designated Smoking areas include the entirety of the bottom part of the property where the stage and food trucks are, as well as the woods. Please dispose of butts in provided buckets. 

    While the vendor hours are set at 3:00-9:00 pm Saturday, we hope to have entertainment for the late evening so you may vend longer on Saturday if you wish. You may also temporarily close your booth to participate in activities. 

    This event is ONE Day only. Camping is now available for Friday and Saturday nights and must be booked separately thru Hipcamp. 

    I understand that the Coordinators of Moon Fest, the property owners of Moon Glow Haven, and any volunteers will not be held responsible in the case of inclement weather, vandalism, injury, theft, loss or damage of any kind.

    Merchant insurance is highly recommended. Any required Business Licenses and/or Permits are the responsibility of the vendor. 

    I understand that the Coordinators of Moon Fest, the property owners of Moon Glow Haven, and any volunteers can not guarantee, though we certainly hope, that the vendor will make any profits. We are advertising as much as possible, but we suggest you also let your customer base know about the event. There will be no refunds due to poor sales.

    The Coordinators of Moon Fest, the property owners of Moon Glow Haven, and any volunteers will not be held liable to any customer for any merchandise purchased by any vendor at the event. If customer complaints arise and or action is to be taken about any said merchandise or food item, the customer will be directed to the vendor responsible for selling said merchandise. Vendors are solely responsible for the products they sell. 


  • All applications are subject to Approval. Once approved, you’ll be sent an email & an invoice. Invoice is to be paid within 48 hours, Once paid you are a Vendor!
