FreedomCare Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") governs enrollment in Freedom Plumbing, Inc.’s FreedomCare Membership Program. By signing this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.
Membership Plans
FreedomCare Basic – $9.99 per month
• Annual plumbing inspection
• Waived standard service fee during normal business hours
• Priority scheduling
• Discounted member pricing on tanked & tankless water heater maintenance (if applicable)
• Reduced after-hours service fees, subject to availability
FreedomCare Premium – $19.99 per month
Includes all FreedomCare Basic benefits, plus:
• Discounted member pricing on tanked & tankless water heater maintenan (if applicable)
• 10% off qualifying repairs and services, up to a maximum discount of $300 per service visit/work order
Eligibility
Membership is available to residential owner-occupied properties only, unless otherwise approved in writing by Freedom Plumbing, Inc.
Initial Term
Membership requires a minimum initial term of twelve (12) months.
Billing and Payment Authorization
Membership may be billed monthly or annually. By enrolling, Customer authorizes Freedom Plumbing, Inc. to charge the payment method on file for all initial membership fees, recurring membership fees, renewal charges, applicable taxes, and any other amounts due under this Agreement.
Benefit Activation
Membership benefits become active only after this Agreement is signed, a valid payment method is maintained on file, and the initial membership payment has been successfully processed.
Monthly Billing Schedule
Monthly memberships are billed in full at enrollment and thereafter on the first day of each calendar month. For enrollments occurring during the final seven (7) days of a calendar month, Freedom Plumbing, Inc. may delay the next recurring billing cycle until the first day of the following month.
Annual Billing Options
Customers may elect annual prepaid billing with automatic renewal or annual prepaid billing without automatic renewal.
Annual Prepayment Discount
Annual prepaid pricing may include discounted rates compared to monthly billing.
Automatic Renewal
Membership automatically renews using the billing method selected at enrollment unless canceled in accordance with this Agreement.
Cancellation
Customer may cancel by providing thirty (30) days written notice. Membership benefits remain active during the notice period provided the account remains in good standing.
Discount Recovery
If Membership is canceled before completion of the initial term, Freedom Plumbing, Inc. may charge the Customer for previously applied discounts, waived service fees, and any member pricing adjustments received during the initial term.
Discount Limitations
Premium repair savings are limited to 10% off qualifying repairs and services, up to a maximum discount of $300 per service visit or work order, regardless of the number of tasks, invoices, estimates, or payment transactions.
Tanked & Tankless Water Heater Maintenance
Tankless water heater maintenance is not included as part of Membership benefits but may be offered to active Members at discounted member pricing.
After-Hours and Emergency Service
After-hours and emergency services are subject to technician availability and Freedom Plumbing, Inc.'s discretion. Active Members may receive reduced after-hours service fees when such services are available.
Failed Payments
If any payment is declined or remains unpaid, Freedom Plumbing, Inc. may retry the payment, suspend membership benefits, or terminate the Membership until the account is brought current.
Customer authorizes Freedom Plumbing, Inc. to charge the applicable membership fee corresponding to their selected plan and billing option.
Relationship to Terms and Conditions
Customer also agrees to Freedom Plumbing, Inc.'s general Terms and Conditions available at https://www.freedom-plumbing.com/terms-and-conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the general Terms and Conditions, this Agreement shall control.
