I acknowledge that my vehicle contains an aftermarket vinyl wrap and/or protective film which is not original factory paint.
I understand that Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and hail damage repair on wrapped vehicles carries inherent risk to the wrap material, including but not limited to lifting, peeling, stretching, cracking, tearing, discoloration, and adhesive failure.
I further acknowledge that my insurance company has denied coverage for wrap replacement and/or wrap-related repairs associated with this hail claim.
I authorize Infinite Performance Co. to proceed with repairs understanding that:
- The shop will take reasonable precautions to protect the wrap during repairs.
- Due to the nature of wrapped vehicles, damage to the wrap may occur during the repair process even when proper repair methods are used.
- Infinite Performance Co., its employees, technicians, affiliates, and subcontractors are not responsible for repair, replacement, reimbursement, or refinishing of the aftermarket wrap if damage occurs during the repair process.
- Any wrap replacement or restoration costs would remain the vehicle owner’s responsibility unless otherwise approved in writing by the insurance carrier.
I understand that certain dents may be left partially unrepaired if further repair attempts could significantly increase the risk of damaging the wrap.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the risks associated with repairing a wrapped vehicle.
