All Pointe students must take at least two ballet classes to help avoid injury. If you are only able to take one ballet class, you can sign up for Jazz or Contemporary.

Hold Harmless Consent

By registering I understand that dance, theater, and music instruction requires physical exertion that may lead to soreness, strain, or potential injury including but not limited to, as a result of physical contact with other students, instructors, fixed/moveable objects or props. I agree to hold Magnum Opus Inc. harmless in any injury or unfortunate event. My student and my family agree to release and not hold the company responsible for any personal injury which may occur.

Payment

Magnum Opus School of the Arts is only accepting payments via check.

Payment Options

Paying in Full: a one-time payment of the full tuition amount for Session One is due 10 days after receiving your invoice.

Three Monthly Payments: the total tuition amount will be split amongst three months. The first installment is due 10 days after receiving your invoice and the remaining two are due on the following two months.
Payment Option
There is a $20 late fee for payments that are received five days after the due date(s) listed on your invoice.

We are unable to offer refunds at this time, with the exception of family emergencies. If you can not continue classes in the middle of a session we will gladly transfer it as credit to the summer or next session. Thank you for understanding.
