I agree and understand the following statements:
My presentation must be easily made accessible to all. Examples include: videos with closed captions, pictures being audio described with descriptions provided ahead of time, electronic handouts made accessible with alt text and headings, etc., plain language documents of handouts. If bringing optional hardcopy materials to share, must bring 2 Large Print and 2 Braille to be available (please note numbers may change as registrations come in).
I will attend one of the free mandatory prep sessions with APRIL staff in the month of September to get any important information, give any necessary updates about my presentation and ensure that I have all my questions answered before the run of events in October.

I am responsible for sending any changes in speakers, bios or workshop descriptions to APRIL no later than September 4, 2026.
Any handouts or PowerPoint presentations must be made fully accessible and must be submitted by September 11, 2026 eellis@april-rural.org for electronic distribution.
