And the difference in cost for one table or booth almost covers the membership--if you are getting two or more tables or booths you save money with a membership!

 

Tell us what you need:

 

EXHIBIT TABLES

Each 6' table includes skirting and a tablecloth, two chairs, ONE company sign printed with the company name, and up to three exhibitor badges. Additional badges $25 each and may be ordered below.

 

Exhibits are not to exceed 54” in height from the floor or 24” from the top of the 30” high table. Entire display must fit on table top--no part of the display may be in the aisles or interiors of exhibit rectangles; nor may the display intrude upon adjacent tables belonging to other exhibitors.

 

BOOTHS

Each 8’ x 8’ booth will include an 8’ high backwall and 3’ high side dividers, plus one skirted 6’ table & two chairs. Extra and specailized furnishings can be added below. Each booth includes ONE company sign printed with the company name, and up to five exhibitor badges. Badges for additional personnel or affiliated guests are $25 each and can be ordered below.

 

No part of the display may be located outside of a booth, or block visual or physical access to other exhibit spaces. Displays extending more than 24" from the top of the 30" table must be placed along the back wall of the booth.

 

Booths come with one 6' table and can hold a maximum of two tables.

 

ADDITIONS 

Public WI-Fi is available in the exhibit hall. Faster or secure connections must be arranged directly with the Convention Center.

SIGNAGE

Each exhibitor will receive, at no extra charge, an expanded listing on the Tradeshow page of our website with up to three links per table/booth purchased. These links may be used for your show specials, your website, an Edelweiss list of your featured titles or other show-related material. More information and submittal instructions will be sent to regsitered exhibitors in July.
