Tuition payment is required weekly, year-round, whether or not your child attends, this enables us to pay teachers a stable salary every week all year.

No credits are given if sick or vacation days, holidays, staff training closures, or closures due to indement weather. You are paying for the child's spot and not just the day they attend.

Payments: Payment is required in advance, with no deductions for absences, holidays, or closures due to inclement weather, power outages, or other situations outside of our contrd. Payments over two weeks behind will be sent to you in a notice, except when a draft agreement is in place. Payment is due weekly by the end of the day on Tuesday.

Late Fees: If payment is not received by the end of the day on Tuesday, then a late fee of $25 will be added to your account. Repeated late payments will result in your family to be set up on automatic payments or a week's payment in advance to keep enrollment status.

Late Pick Up Fee: $1 per minute beginning at 6:05pm Repeated late pick up may result in childcare services being terminated

Returned Checks/Rejected Payments: All returned checks will have a $30 fee added to the account and returned bank accounts/cards will have a $50 fee added to the account. Two or more returned checks/payments will result in your account being placed on "cash only" status.

Vacation/Sick Weeks: Vacation only applies if your child is typically scheduled to attend on those days. Each child is given one week of vacation for every 12 months of enrollment. The week consists of Monday to Friday.

Withdrawal: The center requires a written two week notice on withdrawing your child from care.
