Payment & Summary
- Clinic registration is $20 for the 1st participant with additional siblings $10 each. An invoice will be sent to you via email within 48 hours of registering with a link to pay via Square (Credit/debit cards, Apple/Google Pay, Cash App, etc are all available)
- Parents/guardians should order meal tickets for $20 (1 per person, not per meal)
- Twist of Fate supply trailer will be on site with their tremendous selection of Sullivan supplies - they also offer custom blade sharpening and a variety of show equipment. This is a great time to pre-order your bulk show supplies for the season like aerosols and grooming needs - reach out to Jeremiah ahead of time with specific inquiries or orders: 860-759-9335
- Participants can bring their showmanship calf/heifer OR audit the presentations. ONE CALF PER PARTICIPANT - youth should not bring more than one calf. It is possible for siblings to share an animal but it makes logistics difficult - it's recommended to bring their own. They'll get hands on experience with the presenters for the animal they're going to show this year, so bring the animal they intend to use for showmanship!
- Snack and dinner will be provided for all participants on Friday, with breakfast and lunch served on Saturday.
- Bedding and hay are provided for participants thanks to generous donations by our sponsors.
- Some clippers and fitting supplies will be available, but it is recommended that participants bring their own clippers, blowers, chutes, etc to use.
- Camper spots are $45 each. We are charged for every camper spot regardless if it is hooked up to power/water.
