• 2026 Ogden Pride Vendor Application

    Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Ogden Pride Festival. As we prioritize the safety and well-being of our community, we've updated our application process to include a thorough review of all vendor applicants. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and acceptance is not guaranteed. Applicants will be notified via email if approved, along with next steps for completing vendor registration and payment. Several new policies and procedures are in place for this year’s festival to enhance security and create a more inclusive and welcoming space. Please carefully review the 2026 Ogden Pride Festival Vendor Terms and Conditions before completing your application. A link to these terms is below in our agreements section of this application. The 2026 Ogden Pride Festival (vendor day) will take place on October 4th, 2026 at Ogden Amphitheater, with a new layout that will take our traditional park vendors onto 25th street in front of the Amphitheater.       We ask the following questions to better understand the businesses, organizations, and markets that participate in the Ogden Pride Festival. This helps us assess our collective impact and improve our outreach efforts. Your responses will only be used for organizational outreach and grant reporting, if needed, and no individual business or organization will be identified in that data. Please note that booth pricing is based on whether an applicant is a for-profit or nonprofit entity, as well as membership in the LGBTQ+ Chamber, which we proudly support through discounted rates as part of our community partnership.

    • You have the choice of two areas of the festival: Heart of Pride and Rainbow Route. Heart of Pride booths are inside the amphitheater. Rainbow Route booths are along 25th Street somewhere assigned between Washington Blvd and Grant Ave. For our Food Vendors, you will be assigned space in our Rainbow Route area.
