Market at the Winery Vendor Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in Market at the Winery, hosted by Highland Reserves Winery in Buchanan Dam, Texas. Please complete the form below in its entirety. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance into the event.

Highland Reserves Winery reserves the right to approve or deny vendors at its sole discretion.

Please note: Highland Reserves Winery does NOT provide electricity to vendors. Vendors requiring power must provide their own generator, battery powered station, or alternative approved power source.

By participating in this event, vendors agree to the following:

- Vendors must remain set up for the duration of the event.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, tents, chairs, extension cords, and setup materials unless otherwise stated.
- All tents must be properly weighted and secured for safety.
- Vehicles must be removed from vendor areas prior to event opening.
- Vendors must maintain a clean and professional booth space.
- No illegal materials/products may be sold.
- No smoking or vaping inside vendor booths.
- Vendors may not sell or distribute alcoholic beverages unless specifically authorized by Highland Reserves Winery and permitted under Texas law.
- No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises.
- Vendors are solely responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable Texas sales tax.

This is a rain or shine event unless canceled by Highland Reserves Winery due to unsafe conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

 
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Highland Reserves Winery.

 
Highland Reserves Winery reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events at any time.

Vendor understands and agrees that participation in this event is entirely at their own risk.

Highland Reserves Winery, its owners, employees, affiliates, landlords, event staff, sponsors, and property owners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, theft, loss, damage, accident, claim, or expense arising from participation in the event.

 Vendor assumes full responsibility for their booth, products, employees, equipment, setup, guests, and personal property.

Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Highland Reserves Winery from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, attorney fees, or expenses arising from vendor participation or vendor-related activities.

 Vendor understands that Highland Reserves Winery does not provide insurance coverage for vendors or vendor property.

 Highland Reserves Winery reserves the right to remove any vendor violating event policies without refund.

Vendor grants Highland Reserves Winery permission to photograph and/or video booths, products, employees, logos, and event participation for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
