    If you know of students in need of community service hours, offer a total of 20 hr Thurs - Saturday

  • When you arrive to volunteer; call Patty 269-929-3548. Please leave extra time to arrive and be transported. The Gilmore only allows mobility scooters if you have a handicap permit. 

  • Judging Classes: check all classes that you are interested in. Rich or Kevin will reach out to you closer to the event.
  • Please choose the position you're interested in & someone from the RBS Committee will be in touch.

    IMPORTANT INFO! 

    Make sure you have the number for either/both Jim (269-377-7756) or
    Nora (616-648-8773) 

    Lunch is provided on Friday (pizza around 12:30) and Saturday (sandwhiches available 10:30 - 1pm) We only serve water, you're responsible for bringing/buying any additional drink you want. 

    If you are not able to make it for the shift you volunteered for or are going to be late, please let us know!

    Student volunteers: 

    You must be able to get yourself to and from the museum. Call Nora when you arrive. 

    You do not have to work all three days. We will sign off on whatever hours you do work. 

    We also provide lunch for you on Thursday. Lunch options are limited, so if you have any allergies please bring your own food. We will have a space for you to store it.

    If you have any medical conditions please call or text Nora (no condition will disqualify you from volunteering and your information remains private. We are only asking for your safety) 

    Please bring any community service form your school may have or the email address of your school counselor so that we can verify your hours. 

    All students recieve a letter of recommendation from a club member. Letters are email or PDF text-file; please make sure Nora has your correct email address.
