Registration fees paid in advance are refundable (less a $150 processing charge) if written notice of cancellation is received via email on or before August 16, 2026. Written refund requests submitted after this date will only be approved in emergencies. Requests must be in writing, signed, and scanned, then emailed to NEOCA Treasurer Tarra Carson at neocatreasurer2021@gmail.com. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
