    By submitting an entry to the Midwest Artisan Group “Driftless & Proud” Photo Contest, participants agree to the following terms and conditions. All submitted photographs must be original work created and submitted by the participant and may not infringe upon the rights of any other individual, photographer, or organization. Participants confirm they hold full rights to the submitted image and that any recognizable individuals included in the photograph have granted permission to be photographed. Participants grant Midwest Artisan Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to print, display, publish, and promote submitted photographs in connection with the contest, public exhibit, social media, website content, press releases, and future promotional materials. Photographers retain ownership of their original image.All eligible entries will be professionally printed and displayed at Midwest Artisan Group from July 1–6, 2026 for public viewing and voting. Votes will be tallied following the display period, and the winner will be announced on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. The winning participant will receive a $50 gift card to a local Cresco business. Midwest Artisan Group reserves the right to disqualify entries that are low quality, inappropriate, AI-generated, heavily altered, misleading, or not aligned with the contest theme. Midwest Artisan Group also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if necessary and retains final authority regarding eligibility, voting, and contest results. Submission of an entry constitutes full agreement to these terms and conditions.
