Welcome to Fulfillment with Fin's 'Winter wellness circle' where your very loved tween dives into self-care, new friendships, creative energy and take home goods that she will use in her spare time at home.
Our tweens are already under enough presssure to strive to be someone they are not, squeezing into places that may make them feel uncormfortable, with lots of changes in their emotions and maybe body changes too.
My goal for this workshop is to honour the tweens in our life exactly how they are without them feeling the need to change their physical looks or their wonderful personalities.
So if this intrests you for a tween in your life, i'd love them to come and join me.

You may know me from 'Fulfilment with Fin', a youth mentoring business that I creted in 2020 to help build up strong indiviual local girls during some of the biggest years of their lives.
I am the owner of Om Energy Yoga for Kids.
I've been in this space since 2017, a certified youth mentor and a mother to my two young daughters who have given me every reson to contiue in this movement.
