  • Early Years Educator (Casual)

    West Wimmera Shire Council
  • West Wimmera Shire Council is seeking qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our Early Years Services in casual roles across Edenhope, Kaniva and Goroke.

    These positions support the delivery of high-quality early childhood programs across our services, working as part of a team to provide safe, engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environments for children.

    The successful candidate will have:

    Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safe Standards.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

    Applicants must hold a minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification.

    A current Working with Children Check, Police Check, Level 2 First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, and a current driver’s licence are required.

    These positions are casual, with shifts available across all three services as required.
